Pleasantly surprised how good this place was!! I finally went after wanting to for a long time and I definitely will be back! Lunch spot vibe, with cute picnic table cloths on the tables! Lots of chicken salad flavors to choose from! Delicious strawberry salad too ! Decent prices as well

The food was really good, croissant was fresh and soft. It was my husband’s first time eating there and he really enjoyed his sandwich. He ordered Olivia’s Old South with the croissant and a side of fresh fruit. I ordered Cranberry Kelli on a croissant with Mac & Cheese for a side. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The card reader was acting up, and she felt so bad. It wasn’t her fault. They deserve the 5 stars for today’s trip.

Not going to lie, I had preconceived feelings about this place before giving it a try and I’d be the first to admit being wrong! Very flavorful and I for sure will be back to try more off the menu. I had takeout so I wouldn’t review the staff or atmosphere of the place but the food is really worth atleast a try.

The food is very good and tastes fresh. They have a lot of different choices and the prices aren’t bad. If you eat here I would suggest going through the drive through. While the employees are nice, they aren’t the most helpful or competent when it comes to dining in. Also the atmosphere of the place is just kinda weird and dingy.

Delicious, as usual! Around 6:30pm on a Monday the place was empty, but they were ready to take our order & the food came out quickly. Fancy Nancy on toasted wheat is my favorite with the grape salad (dessert, in my book). The pimiento cheese is awesome… sharp cheddar with a touch of jalapeno heat .

Would have been a five star if the young gal at the counter knew the menu better… she did a real disservice to the restaurant by not knowing what the side dishes consisted of. Asked what was in the broccoli salad and she said “just broccoli and bacon” which had more items. It had broccoli, cheese and bacon tossed in a sweet vinaigrette which was delish!!! Will go back and hopefully the next one will know their menu better… ♀️

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up food for my family. I wanted a couple sandwiches and a couple tubs of chicken salad. I asked for a sandwich with the Fancy Nancy, they were out of Fancy Nancy. I asked for one with Olivia’s Old South, they were out of it. I asked her what they DID have and she said “I don’t know” then I heard her laughing and giggling with coworkers over the speaker and not even going to figure out what I could order. I asked if she had Fruity Fran and she said yes so I got some sandwiches of that. Then asked for a tub of Classic Carol and she said she can’t make tubs of that?? So I ordered a tub of Dixie Chick. I pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutiae while she mopped the floor for her to even address me and she said they are actually out of Dixie Chick and didn’t have enough to make Fancy Fran. I asked her again what chicken salads she had available and she again said “I don’t know” and then stared at me. I told her to cancel the whole order. It is so disappointing to see workers who don’t even want to do their jobs. This place has gone so downhill. I won’t be returning it is very upsetting.

Stopped at Chicken Salad Chick 30 minutes before they close to pick up some pre made scoops. The doors were locked and chairs were on tables but the sign said open. There were tables of customers inside still eating while staff closed around them. I understand getting out of work on time but this seems excessive.
