I used to really enjoy Vocellis pizza. But my most recent pizzas made me swear off ever ordering again. Absolutely no sauce on the pizza that was supposed to have white sauce. The red sauce pizza has a tiny bit of sauce but approximately one pepperoni per piece. Both of them were dry and salty. We are honestly not all that picky and yet we threw them out. I’m wondering if we got subpar pizzas because we had a coupon. If so that’s just wrong.

Save yourself the trouble of ordering from this place. I have had 3 bad experiences with them and each time getting my order fixed is harder than the last. This last time they burned my pizza then told me if I wanted a new one I would have to come pick it up myself. Terrible customer service!

This is my favorite place around this area to get pizza. The crust is the perfect thickness for my preference, the pizza is cooked to my preference of “doneness”, and the flavor is delicious. I usually get the white garlic pizza, as I prefer that to red sauce pizzas. I’m particular about my pizza, and this place lives up to my personal standards and preferences.

I really tried to give this place a chance multiple times but each time it’s a disappointment and waste of money (expensive food, for its quality). Please just do yourself a favor and call and order from Paisano’s. I’ve order their steak n cheese. No lie the sub had extremely little steak on it I was eating lettuce and bread for the most part. What really upset me the most is I ordered the Buffalo wings. And I know what it looks like when wings have been sitting out for more than hour. I work at a pizza place and know what dry long sitting wings look like and taste. They must of given me what seems to be a order no one came to pick up. I didn’t call and complain because I officially will never order from vocelli again at least not from this location.

I just started ordering here last month and I’ve probably ordered at least 12 pizzas in the last month. I came on here to write this review in specific for a colosal pizza I ordered. For reference my order number was #1782006 and can I just say this pizza was cooked to PERFECTION. This pizza was literally chefs kiss whoever made this pizza needs recognition because OH MY GOD.
