The food was excellent. Best salsa I have had in a while. They also have this jalapeno ranch dip they serve with salsa. Yum! I ordered the Chuychanga (think chimichanga). My fiance had the steak fajitas. Amazing. The service was great . The only complaint I have is that I think they need to sweep the floor up. Kind of made me weak stomached if I glanced at the floor, which was littered with fries. Other than that, I would recommend this place if you’re into Mexican cuisine while about in Nashville near the Opryland hotel.

I eat here often and normally they fill the chip bag and salad container. This time they only half filled both and the salad had just been thrown together. I was honestly disappointed. I would’ve taken it back but I only had 20 minutes left on my break and if I wanted to eat then I just had to accept it.

Ranch dip was pretty good. The tres leche cake was amazing, best part of my meal. I also ordered the tacos al carbon, which were alright nothing crazy. My husband got the fajita chicken burrito and it was pretty good, I preferred it over what I ordered.

Fresh and Excellent food but the service is even better! From Liza who greeted me warmly at the door to Kayla who was attentive and ever so helpful. I have not experienced this level of service post COVID in a long time. Salsa and fresh chips hit it out of the park. Their sauces are also delish. Fresh fresh fresh, tasty, tasty, tasty!!! Great spot if you need a little break from shopping!

One of the best food options here at the Opry mall, excluding the fast food in the food court. It was our first time here, and were seated quickly, even though it was incredibly busy. Food was delicious and came out timely. The decoration within the building was very stylish and cool. Will definitely return the next time we come to this mall!

First time dining at a chuy’s I was very impressed. I ordered the chicka chicka boom boom and it was delicious. Service was great, our waitress memorized 5 orders and nothing came out wrong. Our drinks never went empty. Environment was great.

We love Chuy’s. The Mexican food is delicious, and the staff is very attentive. There was no wait to get in, even with a party of 6 at dinnertime. I had shrimp tacos and substituted the beans and rice for a salad. Their Creamy Jalapeño Sauce is delicious on salad and on chips. The tortilla chips are delicious and plentiful.

We love Chuy’s generally but this was an odd experience. A hair on a chicken nugget that server wanted to examine. Server implied Tyson did it because that is where they get them. She did bring three more clean fresh ones and apologized.

After a long day at a conference nearby and some mall shopping we were looking for some good Mexican food. We found Chuy’s on the mall map but had a hard time finding it. We finally realized that it was outside the mall. They had plenty of space, but we had to sit in the bar in order to be seated right away.
