Loved this place! Carter was fun and kind and made an excellent honey lavender latte. He also let me sample some espresso before buying a bag of their delicious locally roasted espresso beans. We had a lovely conversation and he gave me some great advice for the local area including some farmers markets and things to do.

I love this local coffee shop! We get our fresh coffee beans from here, and they grind them for us too. I also like to get a smoothie from the special menu or a Lavender honey latte. Taylor is a great barista, and never steers me wrong on a good drink!

Great coffee, smoothies, drinks, staff, and a great hang-out atmosphere. It connects with Tarheel Crossfit which also has a massage room, physical therapy, and other services, so its a great healthy one-stop shop. If you like coffee, plant-based protein, and cinnamon, ask for the nutmeg smoothie.

I was enroute from Fayetteville to Raleigh and decided to go via Sanford. A morning pick me up was brewin’ in my mind and I wanted to support local. A quick search for coffee along the route brought up Cactus Coffee in Spring Lake. To my surprise, it was a great find and I will be a return patron.
