It’s nice to have a chicken shack so close by but I avoid this one due to how slow they can be. I understand the times and it’s hard to staff people but it’s always the same 3 employees working and they are always behind. Good luck getting a lunch order in less than 20 min. The one kid will always forget something in the order and he’s kinda unprofessional. This franchisee is replying to everyone’s same comments but nothing seems to change. If your reading this whoever owns this, you should invest in more employees or be in store helping the 3 that are always in there grinding and work on better customer service. Buyer beware when coming in, if you see the same 1 or 2 people when you walk in it’s a good chance it’s the same 3 that are always there.

I wish I could show photos of my carry out. Absolutely disgusting. 1/4 of the bag was filled with butter that destroyed interior of my vehicle. Food was horrible and the manager was very unhelpful with the entire situation. Would never purchase food from this place in my life.

Decided to give this location a 2nd chance since our 1st visit over a year ago didn’t go well….2nd time wasn’t any better. Everything tasted like old grease. The ribs were very dry. The chicken was so hard in spots that you couldn’t chew it. The potatoes were undercooked. Never had this issue at any of the other locations. Gave 2 stars because the staff was nice.

Very Rude person (female) taking carry out order today!. It was 5:15pm 8/18/23 and got hung up on twice when they picked up phone , the 3rd time finally got a employee and she was very rude. A lot of places out there that would love the business.

Just had a tender dinner and OMG WTH happened to this place. Covid really did a number on this place. I’ve been eating here for years and the last 4 or 5 times it’s been nasty. The chicken batter was still raw. The potatoes were so over cooked that either the grease hasn’t been changed in a very long time or they over cooked them for far to long. When I got there two of the girls up front were on thier phones. Definitely won’t be going back. Ill make the trip to 16 mile for now on. This place needs a overhaul.

The food is wrong got 2 little pieces of wings. And should have had a thigh and a leg and a breast mushrooms tasted bad. We haven’t been up here in over 6 months because every time we go up there. Anymore the taste bad or something’s wrong. The place needs some supervision.

Since this place opened I have always had a good experience, until today. The employees were fighting/arguing with each other when I came to pick up my order. Then waited 15 minutes longer to get my food then the time I was told to pick it up and then it was cold! When I said something they all looked at each other like they didn’t know what to do. I just took my food and left and when I came home I had to microwave it. Don’t think I’ll ever be back.
