All in all a great place for a quick bite. Sad they took the onion rings off the menu. They were my favorite. Was not happy with the sweet tea. Not much tea taste to it. More like flavored sweetened water but food in general, what they didn’t take off the menu is good. It’s the one place I can eat a burger and not get indigestion.

Ok, 2 things 1 the seat in the bathroom needed cleaned before I could use it just say it wasnt a splatter. 2 Fries where really not a large. Now reasons for my response, the people were great, the food was as well. You can not expect someone to check the bathroom behind every person. So. Until the next visit, I will give good rating given they just opened as well

So while the drive thru person was pleasant and courteous the food was cold and the coke was horrible with too much carbonation. The wait was looooonnnnnggg so my food should have been hot and delicious instead I took two bites and threw it away!

The last time we went here, we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone actually took our order and when we were done, the girl told us our order and I guess thought she turned off the speaker and she went “oh my god” in a really annoyed tone. There were 2 cars ahead of us so it wasn’t that busy yet we waited for about 10 minutes before we actually got to the window and got our food. And when we did get to the window, that same girl was so indifferent and huffy. We weren’t rude. We didn’t say anything mean or get an attitude so I don’t know why she wanted to be like that but whatever. The time we went before that, we went for breakfast and we had no problems at the speaker but we waited for nearly 15 minutes to get our food and there was only one car ahead of us. And when we finally did get our food, both of our orders were wrong. I ordered the chicken biscuit and got a bacon egg and cheese and my SO got the Frisco breakfast sandwich and got the same bacon egg and cheese. We don’t see ourselves going back for a long while.

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. The fries were icecold. The hamburgers were like a hockey puck. Totally inedible. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. If I didn’t live so far from the store, I’d get my money back. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went through the drive-thru earlier today and got two Big Cheeseburgers. The bottom buns were hard as a rock, the meat was dried out and the cheese was swiveled up. These burgers had apparently been sitting for a few hours. After one bite we threw them away as they were not edible. This was a waste of $8.00 (they were $3.99 ea., excluding tax).

4 stars, it’s just a burger joint not fine cuisine, building recently renovated. Customer service quite good though I had replaced fries with onion rings and still received fries. They did correct quickly. Glad to see Hardee’s back up and running in Jasper.
