Please be aware you will well not get the food you ordered. and when you tell them that they will get mad at you and say no that’s how you ordered it. They had people waiting in here for 45 minutes with no food. The manager is extremely rude . Do not come to this Taco Bell save your time, money and energy.

I ordered 3 soft shell tacos and 3 hard shell ones. all 3 hard shell tacos were broken down the middle. And all of my tacos were wrapped where you could still see the taco and we’re unwraping. The buildings clean tho. Just wouldn’t recommend hard shell tacos.

I went in to Taco Bell, now while the food was GREAT as always I knocked on the bathroom door and an employee was in there and wouldn’t come out (I was there for 30 minutes) I knocked again she still wouldn’t come out and then proceeded to talk about me knocking on the door while she was in there. I told one of the workers about and she said she would get a manager and didn’t get the manager for me but proceeded to let the girl talk about me as well as the manager letting her talk about me. I NEVER had an issue with them being rude up until now. When you have a customer knocking on the door and you are in there on your phone for 30 minutes is just ridiculous, you should expect someone to keep knocking on the door. If you are sick then you shouldn’t be at work and if you are then I’m very sorry for knocking on the door twice but I really needed to use the bathroom.

It just opened, but that makes no difference. If you want to review a Taco Bell this is how you do it. This one actually gets 4.5 stars. You are actually mostly rating the crew training and freshness of the product. Order 5 crunchy Taco Supremes. This allows you to test consistency and freshness of the Taco as well as freshness of the ingredients. You can visually see the freshness of the produce and sour cream. If the Taco sticks to the paper and breaks, the meat and the shell where sitting before you ordered it. Lettuce and tomato should be nicely colored and not slimy. The sour cream should be smooth fresh tasting and without lumps.
