Filthy counters, tables and food service area. There was guacamole smeared on the wall behind the counter. Staff didn’t know what the different proteins were when asked. Out of chicken, queso and other toppings.. zero staff working to fix the lack of toppings. Ordered a bowl and received about 1/4 cup of rice (undercooked) and the same amount of barbacoa.. the then drowned the food in salsa and cheeses. Terrible experience is a regular occurrence at this location.

This is by far the worst run Chipotle. I’ve been eating at this chipotle location since they opened. In the last year it’s been going down hill fast. The food section is always a mess. The staff is unfriendly and appear as though they don’t want to work.

Everyone loves a Chipolte bowl & this visit was no exception. Overall, the food was good, I mean standard order Chipolte. But, the quality has definitely diminished. Some of the meat looked old and the refried beans were on the edge of gross to look at in the little silver serving tins.

They need to have a cleaner station. I found chicken in my veggies bowl because there were pieces in the black beans and my friends bowl was supposed to be brown rice, but when we opened it, it looked like a mixture of brown and white.

Man who took our order was very monotone and seemed like he hated his job. Told me I couldn’t add any items to my quesadilla. The small queso I ordered was a Jell-O shot cup size. Very unimpressed. Husbands burrito was tiny and could feed a child. And super expensive for the small amount of food we ordered. Will not be back. Will go to Moe’s from now on.

Told me they were out of shredded cheese as I was staring at a mounded over pan of it. Separate occasion, I was told they were out of the fajita veggies, again I was looking directly at approximately 5 lbs. them that were just about ready to come of the grill. I would have gladly waited a few more minutes. They refused, went ahead and rolled up the burrito, and sent me on my way. One nice young man tried to help by filling up a small cup for me to have on the side, so that was a kind gesture.

Always a couple great people working & trying, but that said the others looked like they all just hated their jobs. One person kept asking what we want after we had just said what we wanted like they didn’t care to hear what we had to say until we were addressed. Also planned to eat there and it was so dirty we decided to just go home.
