I never ever leave reviews of places but after today I felt I had to so that no one else has this experience. I went today with my kids to get some lunch after a morning at the beach. It was an overall awful experience. We got there shortly after opening so we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. The man who took our order seemed annoyed. It looked like he was training multiple people and none of them quite knew what they were doing. He rushed us ordering, we barely had time to look at the menu before he was rushing us along to order. I got 2 kids meals, the chicken sharwarma for myself, and the gyro meal for my oldest son. The total was $50, which seemed high for what we got. We waited quite awhile for our food, and when it came it was the biggest disappointment.

This food was a breath of fresh air from the typical food we eat in America. The seasonings and fresh tastes were a welcome change from what one is normally used to eating…I thoroughly enjoyed the food and will be back. Service was friendly and dining area was clean. It was nice to have the option to eat in or out.

If I could do zero I would. I love the original location. Decided to come get food in lunch since near work. Waited for food to be under a heat lamp. When I asked for fresh food because it was cold or my money back she decided to go with giving me my money back. I said I’d wait but she clearly didn’t want to make fresh food! Will probably never be back again.

Walked in expecting a chain. NO! This is an amazing and authentic Mediterranean grill. O.M.G. the food is AMAZING!!! Pretty sure we met the owner and you could just tell how much he cared & feel his passion. The lamb gyro was to die for. PLEASE do yourself a favor and eat here!

The food is delicious and served fairly quickly. The esblishment is clean, and the workers are polite and helpful with any request. The owner takes real pride in her work, and it shows from getting good ingredients to making sure everything is at its best from the hummus to the fruit to the salads. This location is great for lunch, dinner, or even catering.

We absolutely love Peno. A much healthier “fast food” option, and easy for vegan as well as non vegans. The food is fresh and delicious. However I must admit that the added incentive to frequently going is visiting with the wonderful owners, who make us feel more like their friends than customers. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating, it’s always clean and there are so many menu options.
