Lady on speaker taking my order was very rude and not friendly at all.. no personality whatsoever. I ordered not alot of cream cheese and she disregarded that obviously! I got alot of cream cheese instead… trash all outside as your pulling up to window to pay and get your food.. disgusting.. have someone come out and clean..Food was fine. But damn did their donuts get small!! Thanks you JB.. Prob won’t be back.

We just ordered several drinks and munchkins from this location. The Black Tea we ordered (with cream and sugar) only had cream sugar, and what seems like hot water/milk in it (absolutely no tea). We also ordered 25 glazed munchkins, but it ended up being a variety pack of several different kinds of munchkins (and very few glazed). Tried calling the location, they did not pick up. We will not be ordering from this location again anytime soon.

This location is an extra 1.25 miles passed the Dunkin closest to my residence, but well worth the extra few minutes to get there! They have a 100% satisfaction rate from me, as they have not made a single mistake (with my orders) since I started using them almost one year ago. They are super organized – working like a well oiled machine! The communication between workers and customers is clear and precise, as is their communication between employees.

RUKKIS IPOD – HALL
PLEASE oh PLEASE close this location OR FIRE every current employee n start over. They are SO IGNORANT it’s unbelievable. Especially the young dude with the big nose – who I think is the manager. He will hand u your food in the drive Thru by stretching out his arm, NOT looking at u at all, and engaging in conversation with other employees in there – Or eating while serving u, which is unsanitary n disgusting. No verbal contact at all. No hello. No thank you. ZIPPO. Another horrible employee there is the girl with brown hair who has a twin sister n they both moonlight at the Dunkin in Lawnside on white horse pike. When I tell u RUDE I mean her n her twin could write the book on it. If u don’t like working with the public…..THEN GET ANOTHER JOB PEOPLE !!!!
