The worst experience I have ever had with a papa John’s pizza. Only one piece of pepperoni on each slice. Very little cheese and 10 inch was about an 8 inch. I measured with a ruler. Stuffed crust was missing too. Ripped off at Belmont Paps John’s.

Ordered well done because they have a history of undercooking the pizza. Food arrived late and cold. Appearance wise and taste, very difficult to eat. Well done doesn’t mean burn it to the point you can’t bite it. Pizza wasn’t completely cut all the way. Crust was hard as a rock and even difficult for me to cut.

Routinely will have my dipping sauces left off the order. Most of their “drivers” are Doordash and dont even look to make sure correct before leaving. Just tell you sorry they didnt give me any sauces for you and leave. The tracking feature and estimated times are all over the place. They legit cut my large pizza into 4 uneven slices. The garlic parmesan breadsticks had a dash of seasoning at best and were bone dry and chewy.

I ordered a large meat lover pizza. It took forever to get delivered and when I received my pizza it was cold , there was no extra sauce like I asked for the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through so we called and got another pizza remade and delivered. The second pizza we decided we wanted todo half meat lovers and half cheese , we were told it was going to take 1 hour and 35 minutes until it could be brought to us. But they said they would cook it when the driver got back to the store so it was as fresh as possible when we received it and it was colder than the first pizza we got, still no ex sauce and still wasn’t cut all the way through. My husband had to cut it himself when it got here. Employees were very kind when trying to make it right but we were still not satisfied. I guess we will just stick to dominos.

Pre placed my order to be delivered almost 2 hours in advance. Being a Friday I knew they’d be busy. I got a notification 10 minutes after my delivery time from DoorDash saying someone was gonna get it. Which is fine. I then received a text from DoorDash employee saying it’s busy so it may take a few minutes. Okay no big deal. Followed up with a “they haven’t even started it I don’t think”. So I proceed to call and see what’s going on. Food wasn’t even made, still in the prep stage of the food two hours after I set it up. So I tried to get ahold of someone. All I got was someone answering the phone and leaving it to the side. I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s been over 30 minutes that my food was suppose to be here. They are wasting another persons time to deliver it. Whoever the management is needs to figure this business out based on the reviews I have read now.

Ordered 2 pizzas and poppers, was delivered to the wrong address (or not at all, idk but i didn’t receive it). Called and was told they would remake and re-deliver, some time later I was called and informed they were out of poppers and asked to be refunded for them. Pizza was finally delivered and it is extremely greasy and undercooked (as a result of trying to get it out to me as soon as possible I’m guessing). One of the pizzas was supposed to be double beef but I definitely wouldn’t consider this “extra beef”.

I have great experiences with them and HORRIBLE as well. I order at LEAST 3 times a week from Belmont’s PAPA JOHN’S. Last 3 times have been horrible. Ordered 2 Papadia’s with Eight wings and they left out one Papdia earlier this week. Then got 2 Papadia’s and one was only a HALF a Papadia. Let it slide. Then tonight I ordered A WORK’S PIZZA WITH ADDED STEAK TWO TIMES, and it came and was basically a cheese pizza!!! Only a couple green peppers with cheese and NO STEAK!!! I’ve tried so hard not to post a bad review bc it is my home town. But no1 would answer when I asked for a Manager over 30 mins I called over and over. Ridiculous

They gave me the wrong pizza – when I called I waited 25 minutes on hold for Rebecca to put me back oh hold. She then answered and refused to help me so I asked for her manager who she explained wasn’t available and wouldn’t be in for the rest of the evening. WORST SERVICE EVER.
