I stopped for a break while Ubering drunk people around… Thought… “Let’s give Z&C a shot”… I paid extra for extra veggies and spicy mayo… Asked them to hold some of the rice because I didn’t want it all… This seemed to cause alot of confusion for some reason.

I would say that that teriyaki Chicken Teriyaki Combo Was without a doubt, the worst teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It was so burnt and crunchy that I could barely even chew it. The fried rice was flavourless and quite firm. I Have not had rice that bad since my first ex wife tried to cook rice back in 1987. I mean seriously how does a chinese restaurant duck up fried rice? The only thing on my entire order that was kind of okay, was the fried egg And that’s me being nice.

Literally the second time in a row I have ordered chicken teriyaki with Lo Mein noodles and the second time they have given me fried rice instead. I hate fried rice and will not be going back. Seriously ordered this with 2 other people exactly the same thing and I was the only one who got fried rice.. disappointed to say the least.

Very very rude staff at night time. They rush you and talk rude to you when you’re trying to order. You would think that when you are spending your money somewhere, they wouldn’t speak to you like that. It’s always the same guy at night. I tried to place my order and he screamed at me saying, “microphone right there.” Then continued to rush me. I just walked out. I refuse to constantly spend my money somewhere that I can’t be communicated with effectively.

Placed and order for a shrimp combo, extra shrimp, low mein, 2 eggs, spicy mayo and veggies. What i received was some overcooked dried up crumbled chicken like subtance, and only a handful of shrimp. And being that it was an upcharge, it wasn’t what i paid for. I discovered their mistake after i got home, so i had to go all the way back to have them fix the order. They ask me exactly what i ordered so they can get it right this time, and after i get home, without checking again, they messed up the order by giving me rice instead this time!! Then i call back, again, they pretend they can’t understand my complaints and try charging me for more food!! They used to be better at getting it right. But they just ruined my lunch today. Moral of the story, DON’T LEAVE BEFORE CHECKING YOUR ORDER!! Unless you wanna make 3 trips like i did
