I’ve come here a few times and while the staff is friendly and kind and the service is quick you can tell they cut the wildest corners. Every chinese food place I go to packs the rice containers to the top. Mine is never filled. Not that it should matter but I tip 20% every single time I order. I usually only get egg rolls or rice or a small beef dish but asking for more than 2 soy sauce packets is like pulling teeth. Last time I went I got 4 egg rolls and a large rice and only received 2 soy sauce packets. Like??? I know they cost next to nothing at least put in 4 so that each person getting an egg roll has their own packets. We had to share which is really gross. If they were not so stingy on the wildest things this place would be great. They have the best pork egg rolls of any take out place I’ve been but it’s just not worth it with how much I’m paying + tip to see containers filled like this and having to go into battle for some soy sauce.

I ordered through Uber eats and the restaurant called to adjust my price due to extras. When my food was dropped off I was missing an egg drop soup. I called the restaurant and let them know it was missing. They stated they gave the driver 2 bags. I then called the driver and she then told me the restaurant only handed her one big bag . When I called the restaurant back they said they gave her two and I needed to take it up with Uber because it wasn’t their fault. The food is good, but I Will not be ordering from them again. I am Disappointed and felt like they did not care. They then called me after leaving this 1 star review and asked if I could change it.They could definitely work on customer service.

Normally I expect like a piece of bone or something and that’s what I thought this was. But no, it’s a giant piece of metal that was in my kung pow chicken. Be careful. I know accidents happen but this was the craziest thing I’ve ever found in ANY food dish I’ve ordered over the last 32 years of my life.

Received poor customer service recently and I will not be back here. This is dissapointing because this used to be my go to place for Chinese food. In my last order I was only given 2 soy sauces so in my recent order I asked for 5 and was told that they do not give that much sauce out. I know that prices have increased everywhere, but I do not think 5 packs is an excessive amount to ask for. I will find a new place now to get my Chinese food. The food is good but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just placed a order for me and my kids and when I say I’m pissed I’m pissed cause if you don’t want to eat it or give it to your family why give it to people thats paying they hard earned money on it I gotten chicken and fries and when I say the chicken looks like it was dropped in the grease over and over and over just so it can get hot the fries was soggy and dark you can taste the oil of the other food they put in that grease if I can I would give a zero it was so bad couldn’t go back cause it was pouring out here but I will not be eating there again

I absolutely love the family here. My order is always ready quickly. I have never eaten here, as our orders are to go. We order at least once a month. And I also swing by if I am going to visit someone who has been sick. Their Chicken Noodle Soup is tasty. I have not tried everything on their menu, but everything we have tried we love.

Very disappointing order today. This was our first time ordering food from here and our last. The buffalo wings came soaking with grease all over the carton and the other food. The wings were cold and tasteless and so greasy. The shrimp lo mein had little to no shrimp and the vegetables were undercooked. The pork lo mein was not good tasting, the chicken teriyaki was okay. The dumplings weren’t fully fried and cold on the inside. The only good thing was the homemade iced tea 🙁

My mother and I have eaten here twice in the last three days and we can’t praise this place enough. Between the two of us we have had shrimp egg foo young, shrimp and scallop w/ garlic sauce, shrimp w/ lobster sauce, stir-fried Chinese veggies, egg drop soup, and sugar biscuits. She keeps saying she never had better shrimp egg foo young. The lady at the front is so nice and professional. It’s a great place to dine-in or take out. Unfortunately, I don’t live in the area, but if I’m ever here again and craving Chinese food I know where I’m going.
