Excellent customer service! They even put my salad in my own to go container so I didn’t have to use any single use plastic! The farmers market salad is my fave and my mom really enjoyed the Buddha bowl. Fresh ingredients and big portions! I managed to eat half, looking forward to finishing the other have for lunch tomorrow!

Unfortunately my husband and I both came down with food poisoning after eating lunch from Verde a week ago. We shared a salad, thankfully my toddler ate something different off the menu and didn’t get ill. We had the rice and quinoa base in our salad, and looking at other reviews now perhaps there is something in the way this is being prepared, stored, and/or handled that is causing issues. Needless to say I won’t be returning to a place that has multiple reviews about food borne illness (including other location) over a span of time. Something needs to be addressed.

I came in yesterday and the 2 girls working yesterday made very rude remarks and made my experience very unpleasing (particularly the shorter worker). This is surprising because I have been eating at this Verde as it is convenient for my work for months and would like to consider myself a regular. My experience was unexpected yesterday as I just expected to get my lunch before returning to work but instead I was met with attitude and rude comments. Will not be dining again

Staff are rude and don’t get the orders right. First time I ordered I ordered via doordash and the salad came without Chicken that I paid extra for. My wifes salad had all the wrong ingredients.

I love the concept but the service was terrible! Placed an online order and arrived 5mins after the estimated time and the order hadn’t even been started yet. Not a single other customer to be seen in the store and the person I assume was the manager seemed to be unable to help the poor girl working the line and was more focused on wiping down salad dressing bottles while I waited. Another couple walked in and she didn’t even acknowledge them and let the other girl struggle to get everything done. I also ordered the “corn chowder” which apparently had to be re-heated and took an extra 5mins after the salads were done. Picture is attached, but it certainly doesn’t look like corn chowder and I’m unwilling to try it. The salads aren’t bad

I mover from NYC to Charleston and I was looking forward to have a place so I can get salad. I went there numerous time’s and every time I go is always different, ( is like miss or hit ). Sometimes the salad come good sometimes it’s the worse. The team keep changing or they get new people but need someone to supervise them when they do a salad or anything else bc they don’t know what they doing. I’m sorry but you don’t have cheap prices and the quality is not that great. I don’t need to get my salad and the bowl halfway. Bc of the order was so bad now I need to go get to order to another place.

The salads are great, but I can’t figure out why a salad place no longer has plain raw onions as a topping. Not everyone likes pickled onions. I end up having to go home and cut up onions and add them. Onions are not that expensive to not have them readily available for you’re customers.

Really enjoy the salads and get them frequently but that may change soon. On at least three different occasions I’ve gotten a salad that was almost inedible due to uncooked rice. Every bite seemed like I was risking a trip to the dentist. Please improve and I’ll be happy to continue being a loyal customer.
