First time at this restaurant. It was FANTASTIC! The customer service was great the waitresses were always checking on us to make sure we had everything. The food was so good. Im sorry I don’t remember what I ordered, but I do have pictures. Next I will get what it was. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place deserves no stars. Terrible terrible service. Sat about an hour and only was given chips and salsa but 3 different guys passed by us and didnt take our orders. Seen a couple that came after us and they were assisted first!!! I get better service at Taco Bell! Will not return.

We visited early Sunday evening. I ordered an upscale meal featuring bacon wrapped shrimp. My wife opted for a Super Burrito. They were quite busy & we waited an extended time over drinks. When the food finally arrived, her burrito looked & tasted amazing while my meal was badly overcooked. The ends of the bacon were essentially reduced to charcoal. I would have sent it back, but you can never truly know what you’ll get back or what has been done to it.

I had fish tacos with rice and beans. Delicious. I heard the ribs are fall off the bone tender. I think they are a little pricey. I don’t eat out much because of added salt, fat and the cost. But an occasional stop at El Charro would be my treat!

Entrance needs remolded as soon as u walk in boom there is a hotels counter which seems out of place. If no one is there unjust stand there looking kind of dumb. Food was awesome but took forever to have our order taken. We never had the same person come to our table to help so never had a connection w 1 server throughout the experience but again food was excellent. I ate at the Ceres location as a kid for years b4 it closed so it s nice to see the name still around.

I went with my mother for an early mother’s day event. She ordered the nachos and I ordered an Asada Burrito with a side of rice and beans. I asked the server to add salsa in the burrito. When I got my food the rice and beans were amazing but the burrito after taking like 3 bites I realized it was a “burrito” only of Asada meat and the salsa I asked for inside a tortilla. I’m not sure about anybody else but USUALLY an Asada burrito at LEAST has the meat, beans and rice. To think if I didn’t ask for salsa inside this so called burrito is wild. Meat tasted good though. I guess if you eat here just be specific about what you want in any meal just to be safe.
