NEVER go here. The service is absolutely terrible. Used the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and ordered a couple whoppers, fries, and a shake. I put in the order as we pulled into the parking lot, we got to the drive through and were told they didn’t have the order and that someone else already picked it up. There was no one else here. When I said I just put the order in they said they just don’t have it. We saw a few people at the end of the parking lot that were employees and one was wearing a headset. The drive through person said hang on, then the one with the headset went inside and we were told they only have whoppers and nothing else on our order. We asked if we could get something else and were told they didn’t have anything but whoppers. The workers just didn’t seem to want to do ANYTHING. Lazy employees like this will sadly run the business into the ground. I personally am not even eating my whopper cause I’m worried they spit in it with the attitude we received.

Drive thru worker is extremely rude. I have been here twice in 1 week and the first time I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru after I already ordered a half an hour earlier on the app. Today I only had to wait 10 minutes and upon the girl getting my food at the window she just drops it on the counter and let’s my food thud and then throws 2 sauces in the bag like she was disgusted with what she was doing and didnt want to damage her 2″ nails. Why does someone in food service have 2″ fingernails? I’m sure she should be wearing gloves. Extremely unpleasant and unfriendly and if this is how you are going to treat my order in front of me , I can only imagine what they are doing behind the window. The whole staff needs replaced, but you can start with the girl at the drive thru .

Everytime I go to this place it’s always some issue. Missing food understaffed dirty long waits. I’m literally at the speaker box right now waiting for order for over 15 mins and I have time to write this review. You can tell the owner either doesn’t know what’s going on or has given up. I hope everyone reads this and goes to McDonald’s 5 feet away where it doesn’t take a total of 30-45 mins to order.
