My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and found this hidden gem. We’ve been looking for a go-to take out place for pizza and salads and let me just say we will be looking no further! Palermo’s has the best slices and the best BIGGEST salads. The salads are packed to the top of the container with fresh ingredients and the grilled chicken doesn’t freak me out like most places do. We tried the vegetable Stromboli the other day and that was also delicious. I’m so happy we found Palermo’s, we’ve ordered 3 times now and each time has been excellent. They are quick and the service is great. This place needs more recognition!!!!

We ordered a pizza and cheese steak stromboli from Palermo’s last night. I was a little hesitant to order because when ownership changed hands, I had some not so great experiences. I must say, the food was fresh, very tasty, and cooked to perfection! I’m glad the quality and consistency is back. I was a long time customer prior to new ownership and will definitely be coming back!

First time I ordered from here and I was very shocked at how good the food was. How has it taken me this long to find this place!! Wings were crispy on outside and cooked all the way through. Sicilian pizza was great and so filling. I have lots of leftovers. Italian hoagie was fresh and roll was also fresh. Just delicious!! Great job and keep up the great food.

Upon arrival to pick up the food, no employee acknowledged me for several minutes. Most looked like they didn’t want to me there. Finally when an employee was ready to ring me out, my order was not ready to go and then the employee took a phone call to delay things even more. He told me my total was $30. When I got home, I noticed my total was $31.80 to include a convenience fee. This fee was not disclosed at the time of purchase and there were no signs posting this practice. I did not sign the receipt! Had I known of this fee, I would have paid cash. Never thought to expect a fee when spending $30. Rude experience from staff, food was subpar, and there is no excuse for secretly adding a fee without first informing the customer. Unless the owner can reach out to make this wrong into a right, I will be contacting by my credit card company and will report this business to the FTC!

Staff are rude and don’t speak English except for Friday when a white guy works there. Prices change from one to another employee and when I ask all of a sudden don’t understand English. Also I found the new owner is Mexican which is ok with me but probably the people working there are illegal. I just don’t trust this place.

Ordered a slice of bacon pizza and cheese fries and husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak and fries BOTH were amazingly good! Owner and wife are wonderful and caring individuals! Employees are friendly and everyone strives to give their best. Even in the middle of being busy the service, food and environment was great. I will be back for more!!
