I ordered two pizzas: one thin crust and one handmade pan. Both of the pizzas were undercooked–especially the Pan. I had even put a note in my order for the handmade pan stating to make it “well done” but it was still undercooked. Additionally, the thin crust was overloaded with toppings that I could barely see the cheese or the sauce. Overall, a very poor experience. I stopped at this Domino’s while driving down 81 from Boston back to Salem, VA. This Domino’s was the worst I have ever had. The handmade pan that they made was probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had.

This Domino’s is pretty good. I mean I’ve had better, but what can I expect from a pizza chain? Im not sure if its the team members or the company, but they are stingy on the toppings n when u ask for extra, its like what u should get on a regular order. The team members are very nice n helpful. I would give 5 stars if they’re toppings were plentiful.

My fiance and I moved to Bunker Hill about a year and a half ago, and have ordered from this Domino’s many, many times since. Every single time, with one exception, our order has been perfect, delivered in a timely fashion, not lacking on ingredients, and cooked perfectly. The one time we’d asked for jalapeno bacon bread with no jalapenos, it came with them, and I called and they quickly made us a new batch and had it delivered in a few minutes. The few times I’ve gone to pick up my order, the restaurant has been clean and everyone inside was friendly. I don’t typically order fast food, but this location has been so consistent that they will keep my business for years to come.
