I ordered a chicken sandwich around 1pm today and it was so fresh., the nuggets were super hot. The guy that was working was so friendly and well mannered he has brown hair , he deserves recognition . Restaurant was clean and lots of places to park , friendly atmosphere love it over here, would definitely recommend

Had a large order and the way it was all packed in one bag was ridiculous. The gravy had shifted and I was not aware the lid was coming open. Went to take it out and lid came off. Hot gravy all over my hand. Fingers are now numb and blisters starting. Coleslaw had hardly any dressing to it, may as well ate a head of cabbage. Chicken tenders were thin and chewy.

I pulled up to the drive thru, the lady told me to hold on. Then she came back and asked what I wanted I said give me a moment. She then said what did you want AGAIN and I said im looking give me a minute. Then she goes you need to order now or you can come in. I said excuse me ? I’m looking at the menu and then another girl comes on and says that they are timed and I need to come in or leave. I got the managers name as sunny? Very very rude. Will not be coming back. If I could give zero starts I would. Disgusting how rude they can be when the customers are how they get their pay checks.

Spent 60 bucks for dried out 8 piece chicken (I couldn’t swallow it at all and my daughter refused to eat her chicken) it tasted like reheated 2 times chicken, got the nuggets that were not worth it and never got any sauce we asked for. Haven’t had KFC in so long and very very upset about what we got!!! Should get what you pay for.

New management!! John was honest about the wait for fresh chicken, handed me a biscuit at the window to show YES they were fresh!! The last time we ordered about 6 months ago if not longer. The chicken just tasted old and dry. The biscuits we hit off our counter top and it didn’t break so old!! Just the worst even the sides were a train wreck. Soo I decided to try it again and it was fantastic everything was fresh right down to the sides. Thank you John I hope you can keep up the quality

Great service. They handed out the chicken in no time at all, but the strips were these sad, thin, lukewarm strips that didn’t even taste good. They say expect 10-20 dollars per person, I’d say much more if you want an actual meal.

First sign this place was a dump was when the guy at the window could not even look at me or say anything other than demanding payment. The only words that came out of his mouth was the total of my bill. When the food came out he all but threw it in my car, turned and shut the window without a word. When I got home, some of the order was missing so I called and let them know I would be coming back in. They put the “manager” on the line. Since all of the food would be cold by the time I went back to the store and then home again I asked if they would remake the chicken, the guy said “absolutely not, there is no way I’m doing that. Your not going to trick me into that.” At this point I thought I would mention how rude the guy at the window was and he tells me that he was not rude to me at all when he gave my the food! I cannot believe that is what qualifies for a Manger at KFC.
