I always order white rice for my child’s meal on the cubs menu and I have repeated I want white rice for the cub meal over 3 times and they still got it wrong. We came here so I don’t have to cook dinner for one night out of the week just to get the wrong order. PLEASE double check your orders.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but today’s food at Panda Express was not very good. The teriyaki chicken was all burnt and tasted old. Maybe we ordered too early, 11:15 a.m., that we got yesterday’s left overs. We usually love Panda Express so not sure what happened.

Food is great but there are like 15 people on payroll at any given time, inside only 1-2 people in front of me and still takes 15-20 minutes to start placing my order. Not the first time this is happening , fix it!! Also while I am patiently waiting to place my order, they decide to skip me and serve the person behind me, quoting “ they assumed the person behind me and me are together “,,, stop assuming and start serving whoever the front first person in line. When I do place the order, I have to repeat it 3 times because the girl forgets?!?

The worst experience ever my daughter was eating her food with a long hair it was just disgusting we put the freaking hair in a bag it was gross we threw away both plates disgusting!!!! Please be careful while processing peoples’ food we pay for a service and expect to be served with a good plate… I’m so mad because I just finished my 12 hour shift and I wanted to eat so I drove to panda I wish I had just skipped to another restaurant!!
