Popped in on a Wednesday night around 7:45 pm and business was slow. I was able to place my order with ease and the food came out shortly after. The Hook & Ladder sub was really tasty. I gave 3 stars because of the overall cleanliness of the store. As I said previously, it was a slow night and there were at least 4 people standing behind the counter. You would think this would more than enough staff needed to keep the dining and fountain drink area tidy. Other than that, everything was great !

I like Firehouse Subs. They all have good products. This is a very small location. We had no problem getting in to order and have a seat. The people working were very friendly and fast with service from start to finish. The food was served quickly, correctly, and as ordered. They were entertaining and we had a good conversation. These people work hard and have excellent CSR skills. I highly recommend this location. If you go tell them I said high.
