Food was just ok. Chicken on power plate was cold and few veggies. Portions were small. Fish tacos at Wahoo was larger, more fish, less cost. Service was poor, and tables not clean.Told meal would be brought to table, was not. Had to go back for cutlery and glass for beer.

I haven’t eaten at Sharky’s since they closed the Aliso Viejo location. The food is still good and this location has some changes to accommodate the higher end neighborhoods.

Don’t go to this establishment if your vaccinated unless you want to be scolded about not wearing a mask. I’ve ordered the nachos to dine in and for takeout. The difference in proportions is ridiculous I shouldn’t be penalized for taking my food to go when I’m feeling uncomfortable because your server is attacking me in the middle of my order for not having a mask on. If that’s the case you might as well hire security to stop people from coming in not wearing a mask. As you can see in the pictures even the presentation of the nachos themselves are different.

My church men’s group had an informal dinner meet up last night at Sharky’s in Newport Coast. It worked out just fine. There were 10 of us. Service was very quick. The food was fine. Also, the atmosphere worked great for our informal conversation.

Good food. Modern, almost fast-food like ambiance. I had the new pork nachos. The nachos were ok, but I loved the salsa bar. I loaded up on the different salsas as well as jalapeños. So good.

Our current favorite is the Santa Fe burrito with chicken. Super tasty and exceptionally fresh. Generous portions. Contains chicken chunks, cheese, guacamole+++ Quick service, eat in our take out. Highly recommend for a quick meal on the go.

Had the tacos. The tortillas dont travel well. Ingredients are fresh and they combine great. Establishment was clean and presentable. Food was delicious minus the tortillas a bit dry but because ordered to go.
