Everything you hope for from a local family-owned and operated eatery. Easy order and take-out, best chicken anywhere anytime. Cheese steaks are also good and prefer Pic 3 steaks over the other local places. Medford could use more places like Pic 3. Very fair prices across the menu. Wish they were open Monday/Tuesday though. Updated 5/2023…. Still great!

Having been to the original/other location out on 206, I was excited to discover this offshoot about 5 mins from my brother in law’s house. Same great flavor on the wings, really a unique take on the standard buffalo wings also, they serve whole wings, so you get more “cluck for the buck.” Got some tenders to bring home and they reheated well. Staff was super friendly and I look forward to going back.

My husband and I were in the area and wanted to try a different place, so we stopped at Donnie Russell’s Pic 3. How glad we were that we did. We were greeted by the sweetest server named Maxie, and ordered what turned out to be the best wings we have had in years! We were lucky enough to meet Chef Barb and were blown away by her generosity. Talk about old school service, we sat and talked about this and that, it was truly enjoyable. There are no longer places like this anymore. Do not hesitate, go enjoy your meal in a real family atmosphere. P.S…GO EAGLES!

Truly a hidden gem 10/10. My family and I discovered this place by chance, and it instantly became our new favorite spot. Great menu items for a great price, everything we ordered was cooked to perfection!! This is a place you would expect to be featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Aside from the amazing food and eccentric decor, the staff was so kind and helpful from the minute we walked in the door. We will definitely be back soon! (Wish we could post pictures but we inhaled the food as soon as it got to our table LOL but trust me, it looked and tasted delicious!)

As most people, I didnt get my wing order for the SB when I showed up at 6:00PM for the order i put in almost 2 weeks ago! what annoys me the most was they never called me during the day, when they clearly knew they couldn’t fulfill my order, and tell me i had no chance of getting my wings. i even called them in the afternoon and no mention that I had snowball’s chance in hell of getting them! so on top of not getting me my food, they took away my chance to get wings from somewhere else!!

Maybe wait in front of their store for 2 hours in the rain before finally just saying that we can’t get you the food you pre ordered days in advance. Now I have nothing for my superbowl party guests. Never going back.

This place has the BEST wings and mild sauce. I particularly love their tails, the chicken is always so fresh & the prices are great. Definitely my favorite one out the other pic restaurants. The only down side is that there isn’t much room to sit and eat if you’re in a group of more than 3.

I ordered 12 wings crispy and requested just flat portions. They could not accommodate flats despite other restaurants in town which offered this.. The wings came 13 in a container….but no blue cheese dressing, celery, or even carrots. Just 13 wings in a container. The wings were good but hardly crispy as ordered. I don’t know, this was my first time there and they bill themselves as wing specialists. I’ll try them again but I was a bit disappointed for a first time customer. Good price though.

This place has a very good selection. I took a friend from out of town and got him a cheessteak and the bread was less than perfect, but the steak and cheese were terrific. I got the super-hot chicken fingers and loved them, but don’t expect anything that a foodie would fawn over here. It’s fairly straight-forward fare. Very good service and you can watch them prep everything right in front of you.
