Couldn’t even finish my burrito. The tortillas are not what they used to be. First, they don’t taste good at all but also because it didn’t hold together one bit. They used to stick together like glue after being pressed in the little steam thing. Granted my better experiences with any Willys is from a really really long time ago so maybe they changed the tortilla recipe. They used to be so good. The tofu was well seasoned but the tortilla is what brings the whole burrito flavor together. LITERALLY!

I ordered pickup via door dash. Walked in 10 minutes after the app notified me that my food should be ready (based on time ordered) to chaos. There was a long line, and no pickup orders on the shelf. I stood by for a few minutes and finally had to flag someone down. There were probably 30 more tickets hanging from the printer. They said “we’re still working on it”. I asked how long and they said they’ll get to it now…

He said he goes by the name Lutherous, or Luthor or something, but we all know his real name is Elliot. I just had one of my best trips to a Willy’s ever. Three employees who were clearly dealing with a ton of online orders were serving walk up business great. They looked so busy that I was surprised at how attentive and pleasant all 3 of them were to every customer going through the line, including me. Great crew!

The last couple times I have visited this location it has been absolutely filthy. I don’t think they clean up throughout the day and just wait until closing. Just a bunch of food and crumbs all over the floors, tables and counters. This definitely attracts insects and rodents. Will not be eating from there again

This location has been horrible the last couple times we’ve been. Today the guy that made our orders literally did not say one word to us and had an attitude the entire time. A few people with “manager” written on their shirts were there but they were all over the place and not helping at all. There is one tall guy that wears glasses, I think he’s a manager, he is the only one willing to help out and do what is needed for the customers.

Got greeted as soon as we came in, as opposed to being ignored at other Willy’s restaurants in the past. Counters were extremely clean and you can tell the care they put into the place even including bathrooms, which are often overlooked. This is the Willy’s I will be coming back to.
