Walked in at 8:30pm and we were informed that we would not be able to eat inside because they closed at 9pm. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, it was only my husband and myself it wasn’t like we had 10 people. Without customers there would be no need for her or any others working there. Customer service is definitely lacking for the young counter girl.

Piss poor service. Ordered a simple dipped cone and peanut buster parfait and it took forever to get in my order, let alone to get my food. Piss poor management here, no organization and seems like complete and utter chaos. Corporate obviously needs to step in and evaluate this location considering this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with awful service from this location before. Several employees have had bad attitudes in the past and a rude demeanor.

I wonder sometimes if the even Leason to order. Or just can’t hear. They act like their doing you the biggest favor to take and fill your order. Then they leave off stuff, or get it wrong, even if it’s a meal on the board. Etc.
