My wife picked this place for celebrating my birthday. We ordered mushroom porridge base, lobster, scallop and one of the fish. We also have the pineapple juice as drink. Lobster is definitely our favorite. I personally enjoy the porridge a lot.

We went here on a Sunday for lunch. Never been to this type of restaurant before. Great service and ambience. They say us in a booth next this water feature that looks like jellyfish going up the wall! Very cool! Our service was very good. We order the porridge base with scallop and mushrooms, very comforting finish at the end of the meal. We started with bluefin toro sashimi for appetizer. It was still a little cold but good. We had the steamed wagyu, humpback grouper and coonstripe shrimp. We like the sauce cart do you can mix your own sauce. The food is all cooked to perfection as the steamers are on a timer and when the timer is fine, the cloche comes up and our server comes to serve the dishes. At the end of the meal is when you have the porridge which has been cooking the whole time with the steamed juices adding to the flavor!

Saw this place opened and i was so excited! Finally we have the steamed seafood at the south bayarea,now i don have to drive all the way to dailycity or oakland to get this kind of food.I went to this place yesterday, the wait time was long but i think it is still worth it, i could see this new restaurant still had some of small issues to fix but the food quality and the service are really good, the foods are not cheap but it is not overpriced, after all i had a really good experience. Also they have grill plates on different kind table, we couldnt try both at the same time,I think this place is gonna be super crowded soon or late, so i will come back soon to try out the grill before that happen!
