I ordered Almond chicken deep fried and took my second bite, and realized the chicken was not cooked. Told the server about it she basically told me that she can give me a take out box, but I still have to pay for it. Then I asked for her manager, and then the manager walked out with an attitude and said that sometimes the chickens are hard, and it doesn’t mean it is not cook. But you it was her way to cover up their mistake. Waisted of time and money

Stopped on our way to coast. Large restaurant with an equally large lounge. The food was very good, very fresh, vegetables cooked perfectly. Egg drop soup was excellent, fried rice too. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Will make it a regular stop in the future.

As pictured all the chicken is the same. Fried from a frozen bag. They just add sauces. Pictured is sweet n sour chicken, Mandarin chicken and plain chicken nuggets . The service was ok, server took way to long to come take our order. Food was delivered before we even got our drinks. The soup had no flavor, tasted like hot water with uncooked veggies.

Did not get order? Even after sending me a confirmation text saying they did, had to wait another 35 min . To get order, and was only one in restaurant! Not offered anything for the inconvenience and food was not worth the trouble. This is 3rd time we have had issues with Yan’s, and will be last for us! I don’t recommend going there or even getting take out now! Not happy with any aspect of service, food, price, nothing good to say!! First time I have left a review like this! But can’t think of one good thing to say!! Place sucks!

Rarely have I eaten anywhere where I disagree so strongly with the review average. While our takeout — bbq pork, lemon chicken, stir fry, and sweet & sour chicken — was plentiful, and reasonably priced, it was the most tasteless Chinese-American food I’ve perhaps ever eaten. The sweet & sour and lemon sauces had zero flavor, the stir fry had no discernible spice, and the fried rice was as bland as possible. If quantity matters most, you may like Yan’s, otherwise, I strongly advise trying somewhere else, as we will.
