Ummmm YUM! So glad we happened across this spot while passing through Knoxville. Matt Robb welcomed us into his cute shop serving up INCREDIBLE breakfast biscuits and good coffee drinks. I got the special (the Kaylie) which came with a sriracha sauce – it was the perfect amount of heat for me – and I added honey for a lil sweet & spicy feel. I also got a brown sugar and cinnamon iced latte with oat milk. If I lived here, I’d be here once a week! Great spot, thanks Matt!

Matt Robb I love you!! So good we came back the next day! Line out the door so prepare to wait but so worth it. Garlic cheddar biscuit with egg and cheese is perfect. Coffee was great too, brown sugar cinnamon latte.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. I enjoy trying out local businesses. Maybe it was just an off day, but my biscuit was dry as a bone, and the egg, sausage and cheese were all bland with barely any hint of flavor or seasoning. I was waiting in line for him to open and was the second customer waited on but the sandwich tasted old and like it might have been made the day before and warmed up. The biscuit definitely did not taste fresh. I had high hopes because of all the other rave reviews but this place didn’t do it for me.

Hands down the best cheddar and garlic, sausage egg and cheddar sandwich I’ve ever had. So so yummy. My husband the Golden Handcuff equally good. Matt is the nicest guy you could ask for. I live in a suburb of Atlanta and wished I could have stayed to hang out with him. The coffee he serves is fantastic and he has a kickass cappuccino machine. I can’t say enough. All good things to you Matt. You’re a sweetheart and you produce an outstanding product.
