I think that the food was okay,but there weren’t enough choices and they were really slow to refill the empty buffet pans of food. Also,they need to have someone monitoring to keep people from pushing in front of others ,so they can get their food faster. I saw a woman & her Daughter rudely push their way in front of an elderly man, who’d been patiently waiting in line for his turn. I saw it happen several times and that needs to stop. Our waitress Nicki was nice and very attentive to our needs. All the staff were nice.

Good food. Some of the table attendees are very courteous. Atmosphere is very family friendly. Consumer tip: if you are paying with a card, ask to be charged tip also so they can give you cash. Then I place my waitress’ tip in her hand. I don’t leave it on the table.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was ok and everything was clean. The plates weren’t clean, and the men on the grill were cat calling while I was with my kid getting food. One of them went as far as asking me for my number while I was holding my 11 month old son and balancing two plates of food… a wonderful server saw that I needed help and came over and carried my plates back to my table for me, and she did this a few times…

I had an average dining experience at Golden Corral, located at 1480 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36117. Our entry was hampered by slow service, taking nearly 20 minutes just to enter and pay. For a dining experience, this was not the best start.

Our Waitress Ms. Veronica was great. She is so friendly and kept her section clean. Helped other staff. Did not miss a beat. Kept wiping down tables and the food stations. The young man Chris he was clearing plates and tables. Very sweet kid. He worked so hard helping the waitresses. Great Job to Golden Coral. Your staff needs praise and raises. We will be coming back.

There was a large variety of food to satisfy any type of eater. The food I chose was delicious. The group I was in was in a hurry so I didn’t really get to go back for other food items to sample them. Overall I was pleased with my experience. I would return if I’m ever in the area again.
