Ordered 3 medium pizzas for delivery on August 3rd and each one was overcooked to the point that they were tasteless. You couldn’t tell the toppings from the crust. We actually ended up throwing the equivalent of a whole pizza in the trash can. My family has been ordering Domino’s for years, so this was very disappointing.

im very upset because i was trying to talk to this man but he was talking to the pizza instead. he didn’t even acknowledge that i was there. he was talking to the pizza calling it “ma” and “my love” and then i asked him who was he talking too. and the sir got very angry and attacked me with the pizza and then started crawling to me as if he wanted to role play as a spider… i just left the pizza shop to avoid anymore conflict with this tall emo looking man. he has a really long neck. his neck stretches 12 inch long and his hair is short. he’s like 6’3 i believe. i didn’t get a chance to look at his name tag but i’m 100% sure it started with a E. i would like you dominos to take matters into your own hands.

I seem to always have issues with this dominoes. But tonight was the worst. First pizza I got was smashed to the top of the box and they forgot all my dipping sauces, not to mention the food wasn’t exactly hot by the time I got to eat it. The replacement they sent out was even more disappointing and looked like somebody held it sideways. At least I have my dipping sauce for my bread bites 🙁

First time ordering domino’s in 20 years, it will be another 20 before I order again! Placed order on app, easy enough. 30 minutes go by and the order is done, still doing fine. Then my food sits there for another hour until I call the restaurant. The restaurant says, sorry, our drivers are out on deliveries and we don’t know when they’ll be back. No offer to accommodate, rush, discount, or even a free dessert or something. When I said to cancel my order the guy was actually confused on why I would do that. Yea, like I was looking forward to mediocre pizza that was 2 hours old by the time I got it.

Very poor Very late! The pizza maker at the store lied to me. He told me they open at 12 and my order was put in at 11 am my pizza did not leave the store until 12:15 pm. The guy who answered the phone wouldn’t let me talk and hung up on me. They didn’t even call me to tell me there was a problem. Very rude very disrespectful and very dissatisfied! The first thing that came out of the guys mouth instead of resolving the problem is do you want me to cancel it? Then he hung up. Outrageous very unprofessional!

delivery driver comes to my house complains to my kid brother that he didn’t get tipped what he wanted & said he should get more of a tip. you’re welcome for even giving you one in the first place ungrateful. maybe get a real job and not deliver pizza.
