Went in on 8/23 around early afternoon to pick up a doordash order and the wonderful woman working was quick and friendly and answered every question I had about coffee flavors and the best way to order a frozen coffee, told her I’d be back the next day to order for myself because the coffees she told me about sounded delicious. Went back the next day around noon and the same lady was there as well as another super friendly woman. The 1st woman (I feel bad for not getting her name) remembered me and made my 2 drinks perfectly and was just an all around amazing human. There’s a dunkin less than 1 mile from me but because of her, I will now be driving out of my way to go to this location. She truly was awesome for answering every question I had and even questions I didn’t know I had. Other coffee shops I’ve been to always seemed irritated by my questions because I don’t know how to order a coffee I’ll like at places like that but she went above and beyond. Managers, if you’re reading this, see who was working at those times and give that woman a raise.

Love their coffee! Very crowded & long wait time but as I said …love the coffee! My thought is that an express line for drinks only would have helped move customers through during the farmers market hours of operation. Just need to staff this for 4 hrs to keep folks happy!

The coffee is always hot and delicious! They run out of a lot of their menu items during the day. The service is not always up to speed. This I’m sure is a result of staff shortages. You’ll get your items but it’s sometimes slow and not always accurate when it comes to your drink orders. So make sure you double-check before leaving. I think it comes down to being patient as they have limited staff. I think a restaurant redo refreshing is also in order. It’s outdated compared to other Dunkin restaurants.

Was actually an employee in November 2022 and never received my earned wages that were due to me on Thanksgiving weekend. Since then nobody will help me take care of this 18.5hrs $222 owed to me. The general manager and store manager is no longer work here and I’ve still have not received any help from anyone and I’ve been blocked by the managers I have asked for help. The franchise company, Hz Coffee Group, llc doesn’t have a published phone number and I have tried to email but no response. So, I had to file a complaint with the US Dept of Labor & Wages and these stores might be fined, lose their license, and be shut down if there are other complaints. So I hope it’s worth it! $222 they could have a very big problem and they pull in plenty of money!
