I had the fish sandwich and chili cheese fries at this LJS and the fish was under cooked, on the cheese fries was a cheap rendition of canned chili with cheddar cheese. The male staff at the restaurant working the drive thru was slouchy in his attire. I wish I had went to Captain “D’s”. LJS is not what it use to be.

Love Long John Silvers! Don’t have one near me. We were in Nashville today and waited to eat to come to this location in South Pittsburgh Tennessee. Once there it had burned down. I guess the owner was out here and started boarding up the place. We went next door to Cracker Barrel we were starving! The waitress said she thought it caught fire yesterday(Sunday Dec. 18th). We googled it for directions and it said it was open. At Cracker barrel I looked again and it changed to temporary closed. I do hope they rebuild quickly! I want LJS.

My first thought was OMG. Do I even want to order food? Everything is dirty.. The rest room was worse than a truck stop. Not even soap to wash hands.. Isn’t that a violation or something? Everything needs a deep clean. I have loved LJS since the 70s. 18 minutes later still no food. But once it arrives it’s good. It’s sad their is no leadership here. 11/06/19

My husband & I are from out of town & we are staying in Jasper over night. We decided to get LJS & went through the drive thru. We ordered two meals & wanted two extra pieces of fish & two drinks. I also, told the guy we wanted some ketchup & some tarter sauce. We ,then ,were asked to pull up & they would bring out our meals to us. We waited it seemed like ten minutes. The guy brings out our food. When we got back to our hotel our order was terrible. First, we didn’t get straws for our drinks, no ketchup, very little tarter sauce for two to share& then we didn’t even get our extra fish that we ordered & paid for. If we ever come back to visit this town, you can be sure we will never visit here again. It was an ABSOLUTE terrible experience.

There were only three workers present to work this shift so service was slow. However, I felt they did a great job to get everyone’s food out as fast as possible considering the number of customers inside and in the drive thru line. I maybe had to wait 20mins, but the food was perfectly cooked and the order was filled correctly. The staff kept apologizing for the delayed service and never once made any excuses or winned. I should give them a 5 star but can’t simply because they needed more workers present to fill orders faster. Those 3 workers deserve a 5 star rating.

Ordered two fish three chicken meal. It was so old and well done I couldn’t even break the fish in half. I called the store and the manager didn’t even know how to refund my credit card. Worst LJS I have EVER visited.
