I had waited in my car for a while after I stated which lane I was in and checked myself in after I got a text message that my order was ready. I came about 15 minutes after receiving that message and waited in my car for about six or seven minutes before I decided to go inside to get my order, but the food was still fresh, hot and tasty. The service just needs to be improved but the young lady was very nice.

Ordered via GrubHub for my first experience having never heard of them. I was pleasantly surprised! I got the Spicy Pineapple Teriyaki sauce and it was the perfect amount of spice and tangy Hawaiian flavor. The chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked..a huge plus even having to travel to me, it was crispy and warm.

We ordered two orders of boneless wings (one tossed with Buffalo and one tossed with Apple BBQ) and an order of the fried Oreos. The bad: We didn’t get a full order of Oreos. The image looked like 7 Oreos, and it says it’s drizzled with chocolate with a side of chocolate dipping sauce. We got four Oreos, no sauce drizzled or side ramekin (I’m thinking now the picture shows three Oreos cut in half and one whole Oreo, so maybe 4 Oreos is a complete order- but 4 Oreos for $6?). The Buffalo sauce seemed to just have been poured on the wings in the to-go container as many of the wings weren’t tossed/covered on the under side. The Apple BBQ was kind of odd to us, it had an apple cinnamon taste to it. We tried to call before we ordered to ask about it, but the number went to Chili’s and they told us to call DoorDash (umm..). Maybe others will like that, but it wasn’t for us. Lastly, our food took ~60 minutes (est. 35-45 on DoorDash), and our food was not hot/warm. To be fair, we ordered this on Super Bowl Sunday, which I know is a crazy wing day, so maybe if we tried another time it would be better? The good: the wings were huge, so the price is great for how much food we got. The boneless wings were cooked fine, and we thought they were good (outside of the sauce situation lol). The Oreos we did have were not anywhere close to warm, but they were good. Maybe they’re new and working out the kinks? Hope this review helped since there’s not many up yet.

Smoking with Bush
Ordered the garlic parmesan and Buffalo boneless wings. The picture shows how it showed up with the majority of the Buffalo sauce in the bag. Definitely was not happy with that part and for the wings themselves they were ok. Breading was soggy, the garlic parm flavor wasn’t as pronounced as it should be and the Buffalo was more spicy than mild. Good part is it came with multiple orders of curly fries and those were crispy and not greasy.

I’ve tried the fried and smoked bone in wings w/ a variety of sauces. My wife and I prefer the smoked wings but both are good choices and the sauces have all been great. The dry rubs on the smoked wings are slightly masked by the smoke flavor.

The wings were a good size, and cooked perfectly! We got the Buffalo and Honey sriracha, which were both really good. I enjoyed the honey sriracha the most, and everyone loves a good curly fry. 10/10 recommended

Customer service is poor. They don’t communicate clearly with anyone over the phone (sounded clueless and definitely not helpful) the neighbors went ahead and ordered from here on DoorDash (the only way you can order from them) and got the food cold and it looked like they don’t mix the wings in the sauce they just pour it over them in the box. You only get 4 Oreos for $6 with no drizzle sauce at all. Not impressed but then again, never have been when it comes to Chili’s (they are located inside Chili’s).
