Ordered med pizza online Friday Aug 25. Said it would be ready at 1:31pm which was 30 min from the order time. Got there at 1:38. One customer in store, 2 workers. Our pizza had not even been started. I might understand if it was a popular time like dinner time or Sat or Sun. This was not the first time this has happened. Unacceptable, especially since they don’t even have to cook it. Buyer beware!

I’ve ordered from Papa Murphy’s a handful of times and I’ve never had any issues. I usually place an online order and it’s ready to go when I arrive. The one time I ordered in person, they were pleasant and everything was great.

There were small parts of metal in my pizza. I almost broke my tooth on it. I got a pan pizza. I could not go back to the store because it was closed. This is a great option for busy nights… no hassle pizza that you bake at home at your convenience. They taste great and are super easy. I also really love the holiday pizzas like the valentine’s day heart pizza we got last night and the jack-o-lantern pizza we get at Halloween. Another favorite specialty pizza that I love is the chicken artichoke. So good!

I usually order ahead and pick up, but tonight I went in there to order because I had a coupon. I was expecting to wait for a little, but they took my order, and made my pizza, and had me out the door within less than 5 minutes. I tried their jack-o-pizza, which was an adorable take on a pepperoni pizza. My daughter thought it was the coolest. I also got smores bars, which were very delicious!

Kids running this place are clueless! I ordered two cheese pizzas with LIGHT sauce and one stuffed pizza. Came in to pick up the pizzas when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. I got two cheese pizzas with WHITE sauce and the stuffed pizza they forgot about. The kids were in the back yelling and screaming and goofing off while I sat and waited for the stuffed pizza. It took 45 minutes past when they said it would be done. Don’t go here! Pick another location.
