Chicken fingers tasted like they had been re-fried so they were hot but also extremely dry. I ordered cookies and they didn’t put them in the bag. I called the restaurant once I got to hotel 15 minutes away and they said they didn’t have any cookies and they were in the oven. Why wouldn’t they just tell me no cookies and not charge me for them? As a result, 1 star review.

We asked for extra extra crispy fries, and they had no crunch at all. Sandwich was OK, not worth the $10. Every table was dirty, was sticky on the counters, and by the ketchup packets. Didn’t have any diet restriction food at all.

Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. The chicken was extremely small and you could tell was old. The fact that we had to go around the drive-thru 3 times until our order was right was ridiculous. First a slider we ordered was missing, then we got the slider but we added cheese to it and the cheese was missing, finally in the third time through it was correct. We will definitely skip on this location and go to Popeyes next door to satisfy our chicken cravings.

This is the Wish version of Zaxby’s. The parking lot is ridiculously set up. The dining area looked disgusting. The food was extremely mediocre. What happened to Zaxby’s? It used to be really good.

If I could place a zero I would. 2nd time in a row, I’ve driven by Zaxby to see its open. Only this time there was 3 employees but the store locked and driver through blocked. And yes the hours on the door and online both said open. *context first time 5pm Saturday, second time 8pm Tuesday.

Gave me the wrong drink, weren’t even filled all of the way up, asked if they would mind filling them up, then watched the girl at the window just pour more ice into the drinks, asked for an extra order of chicken on the bacon ranch loaded fries, and they charged me for it, however they had the same amount of chicken as the regular order of loaded fries. Stop hiring lazy teenagers who don’t want to work. One in Clarksville is so much better.
