A small humble establishment that sells traditional Carnitas and other meats. It definitely is a niche selection but very well executed. You can order by the pound or tacos. It is very well worth your time to go visit. I will be going out of my way to visit on a regular basis.

Its a long line to get some barbacoa. The customer service was excellent, they try to move as fast as possible to get the line moving. The food was average, I have tasted some better barbacoa but it was still good. I heard their chicharrones are good but didn’t get it this time around, i’ll have to stop by another time to try them out!

The service is actually quicker than it seems. It may seem a bit pricey, but the meats available to order are DEFINITELY worth the price. Although the place is small and parking is limited, it’s worth giving it a shot.

For the best and I mean the very best tripas and chicharrones this is the place! I have been here many times and both meats are cooked to perfection! It gets a little crowded because it’s a small place but the taste is as big as Texas! Try the tlaquepaque hot sauce on tripas and chicharrones and you will get hooked!
