Questionable at best. Cold chili fries, kids order was incorrect, ants in soda dispenser. Burgers were good. Regular fries were hot and tasty. Doubtful we’d try it again. AND the “manager” (after a complaint from another customer regarding the ants) informed her employee that he had to take the machine apart and clean it yet all she did was go to machine and wipe the dispenser off and allowed other customers to continue using it?????

Traveling from Virginia and was craving A&W ice cream. Girl in drive thru said machine wasn’t working, it was “down” I tried to call the store and after the 20th or so attempt they answered. I asked if they had ice cream and they said “no, the machine is being cleaned.” I asked what time they close and they said 10pm. So I questioned why the machine was taken down on a SATURDAY two hours before close. She told me it took 2 hours to clean it. I repeated my question as to why they would do this on a SATURDAY night in the spring when they knew people would be coming in for ice cream. She said “that’s how it’s always been for the 2 years I have worked here” I guess they really want to get out by 10pm. Hurry if you want fries, they probably empty the fryer at 8:30 so it will be clean by close. VERY DISAPPOINTED A & W. At least the Vestal NY location was in full swing and welcomes all menu items until close.

The root beer float was good. It was also the only item that came out of their drive thru window that didn’t appear to be sat on. Each container was pushed down and almost flat. The fries were cold and what no napkins, C’mon. Napkins are cheap, did they forget or does that charge extra ? Disappointed in past two visits but I will try again

The staff was rude, the chicken tenders were nothing like menu depicts them and the facility was gross. Multiple customers came from the drive-thru with order issues and were treated poorly. Nobody had name tags on so I can’t point out anyone in particular. If I could give them negative stars I would.
