When ordering in the app they never put the sauce in the bag. You have to punch the button and make them come back out with it. Today I ordered simple mozzarella sticks and a route 44 Sweet Tea. Again, they didn’t include the sauce. Got them to bring it out and went down the road. Took a sip of my drink and it is a diet soda. I was too far to go back. The only thing I really enjoy from Sonic and they got it completely wrong.

In the 12 yrs I have lived here and visited Sonic, I can honestly say, I can count about as many fingers on each hand, the amount of times my order was correct. That might sound a little far fetched, but believe me when I say, probably less than my fingers…. update 9/24/19… service has been a lot better lately!! Food is great, orders are correct, and I am still a sonic fan!!! Thanks guys! Great work!!
