The food was very bland. This chain keeps getting worse as far as food is concerned. Went for dinner around 7pm. The restaurant was pretty much empty. The only bright spot was the waitress named Daniela. She was the hostess, bartender, waitress and taking care of to go orders. Also how do you advertise a Happy hour and not have any draft beers? This chain used to be very good at one time now it’s worse than Olive garden not that Olive is a good restaurant.

The food was made very poorly and it was tasteless. I don’t think I can try it again. The ingredients to start with may have been great but the end result had no taste. The pasta I ordered was over cooked and soggy. Then I sent it back and I figured maybe an appetizer would be easier and less complex to make. But I was wrong, it was worse! I let it be at that point, I could not keep sending it back. It was not like I would get an iron chef quality.

This experience was not the norm, I am a huge fan of this restaurant and I am very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant the music was wrong the Lemon drop Martini was not done right the food was not flavorful and the Server said they let staff go so there was no experience of the crayons and the introduction with signing the Table didn’t happen and it was a bad experience because I bragged to my cousin about it and I couldn’t wait til he enjoyed the whole experience and probably will never go back to this location. “Brooke” was a terrible waitress. She forgot about us, forgot my water, never offered cheese for our pasta. Never asked if we were okay or if I needed another glass of wine. My husband stated “service is terrible” (and he is patines d never complains) We still tipped her well but she did not deserve it. Bad experience. We were there celebrating an accomplishment. I picked this place because is close to home but Brooke ruined the moment.

Place was pretty dead. No one was at the hostess stand so we waited a couple of minutes until we were noticed when the girl walked over and sat us right away, after the initial wait. We sat at our slightly disheveled booth and straightened it up a bit, pulled up our menus from the QR code (why is this still a thing?). We took notice that a few other customers had physical menus so we were confused to laughter at the operational side of the business. We sat, we talked, we waited, and even made our decisions as to what we would have for dinner. No one ever came. No waters and a hello, no bread and an I’ll be right back, not even a nod from the 3 to 4 different front of the house staff that walked by our table on multiple occasions. Nothing. It was so frustrating that it was funny. We waited a total of no less than 10 minutes, no more than 15 before we stood up and walked out. No one even noticed we left before we were gone. We are pretty patient and probably would have sat for 20 minutes or longer if at least one person would have just acknowledged us. Water would have been nice to hold us for an additional 5 to 10 minutes but the complete disregard for our presence by the multiple passings of our table made us feel pretty unwelcome so we stuck it out as long as we could.

Our food was delicious overall. My wife had the chicken marsala and the pasta was cold but the chicken and mushrooms were hot. I had the Pasta Milano and it was terrific! Our server Kyla was great as well. Most of our party thought it was drafty and cool in the restaurant. I was comfortable. The bathroom was a little gross. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple of days.

This was my first time being here and even though one of my other family members said this place was bad i still decided to give it a try. As soon as we got in we had to wait for a server to notice us to get us a seat. We sat down and noticed our plates and utensils were all dirty. they all had smudges and bits of food on them. We even asked for different plates and utensils and they STILL had smudges and didn’t seem clean. The place wasn’t even packed, yet the wait time for our food was unnecessarily long. One of my family members ordered the salmon and it was burned. Other than that the food was fine. My main complaint was the wait time and the dirty plates and utensils. Please do better.
