Surprisingly, this place has a drive thru, which I didn’t expect, but once you have your order taken and paid for they have you park before they bring out your food. I am totally okay with that, because it means that you are getting freshly cooked food.

I like the location. Food is cooked to once it’s ordered. But there’s no long wait. Loved my fries. Cooked just right. Chicken has a nice seasoning. My sister had her sauteed in buffalo sauce, she liked it. I would go again.

Will not be returning. First time I went, I ordered a 16 piece chicken and fritters. The fritters were very good. The chicken was just ok, but they actually shorted me 4 pieces. I called, and they admitted that they gave my 4 pieces to the car in front of me. They offered to give me a small discount on another 16 piece chicken or they would give me a 4 piece platter 4 free. I finally went back to get my 4 thighs, and that is all they gave me. When I opened the box, there was the 4 thighs with hardly any breading on them and they were the smallest thighs I have ever seen. They were actually smaller than the chicken wings.

I’ve been here twice now once when they first opened and today NOV 28, 2020. I was not impressed either time. The chicken is ok, that’s why they got 2 stars. Today I ordered online for pickup, I had to wait way too long at the window. I could see the workers through the window and the younger girl at the counter was more worried about what was going on on her phone than anything else. I’m a true believer in, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. I manage 30 employees at my job and that would not happen. I would find things for them to do. I’m not paying people to stand around playing on social media. I would recommend getting a better breading for the chicken. I don’t allow my employees to have their phones on them while they’re working, I would recommend that policy. It keeps people focused on their jobs and off social media while on the clock.
