We walked in, and they said our order of two pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) would take 8 minutes since they had NO hot and ready pizzas or anything available then. We waited 8 minutes, and the workers in the back were talking and eating one of the pizzas that came out of the oven. They weren’t wearing gloves or hairnets, and then, in between cutting pizzas, they touched their phones and didn’t wash their hands. It was roughly 20 minutes before our pizzas finally came out at the original estimate of 8 while all the workers were goofing around in the back.

Terrible impression. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas that they had ready withing 10 minutes which was great, however, the teen cooks were playing extremely loud rap music with no filter on as customers were coming in and out. Even with children present. Im glad i didnt have my kids with me when i went bc that kind of music should not be played at a food business. This experience felt super trashy as a food business. It’s suppose to be a food business, not a club. The whole vibe was just completely trashy, inappropriate and I’m surprised that the manager allowed such music to be played at that volume to where you can practically feel the bass to it as you sit/stand to wait for your pizza. Not coming back to this location again. Absolutely trashy vibes.
