Terrible service in the restaurant! It took them almost 10 minutes to even greet me. ..I ordered an iced tea. Waitress did not return for my order so I went looking for her to order… but then I decided the wait for food will most likely be way too long. So I asked to just get my tea to go. Apparently they don’t have any go cups. that’s odd… They charge $5.14 for one iced tea and you can’t take it to go…?

Waited 10 minutes at the hostess stand for some girl to come rushing by and say “uhh you can just sit wherever” and look at us like we were the weird ones for waiting there.

I believe they don’t care for the bar -restaurant they take forever to take our order. After that they start bringing food 1 item at the time 1st get here at 11 minutes other 3 items take 19 minutes to be brought to the table and for the big final they forget my last item so at this point I’m 28 minutes without food great.

Waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for half of our food while the other half of our party had already finished. Terrible service, waitress did not even come check on us until we brought it to her attention. We probably still would’ve been without food if we wouldn’t have said anything.

We waited 15 minutes at the please wait to be seated sign and watched the hostess and 3 servers just walk around (in a restaurant that was 1/3 full until the hostess finally asked us if we needed anything. Yes, to be seated. We were sat at a table and given no menus, then say there for 10 minutes waiting for our waitress who was very sweet and obviously busy, but many other servers were walking by us still seated without menus. We finally placed a drink order with our waitress (2 margaritas, one with no salt) still offered no menus. I finally got up and grabbed the scanning menu from the bar and brought it back to our table which had no menus. Neither of us could get the scan menu to open on our phones so we had to ask our waitress for a paper menu. 25 minutes at the table my husband got his margarita, and the waitress apologized for not bringing mine, (there was a mistake and mine was salted so she left it behind and was to bring mine. She kindly offered us water while we waited and we ordered our food finally.

Hate not having menus. You have to download it. Not always have great wifi service there. Salads are huge, buffalo chicken sandwich is good. Ordered food one time in the theater and it took 45 minutes for our food. All the fries were cold.
