Our order was placed at 4:17pm, they started making our order at 5:17pm because I called at 4:40pm when our order was supposed to have been delivered. They hung up on me when I called, very unprofessional! My order arrived at 5:50pm with door dash and it was cold pizza with soggy crust, cold fries, hard bread sticks and cold pasta. Issue was not resolved nor was a refund even offered. Never ordering from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their money on this pizza hut location! Pictures are just to show what was ordered, don’t let it deceive you. Looks good over picture but it was not good at all.

I usually do okay ordering delivery here but I just received the most disgusting pizza I have ever seen from this location. It was basically just grease and cheese. I ordered stuffed crust. The stuffed part was fine but it was like there was no dough on the rest of the pizza. It looked burned. I tried to eat it because I paid nearly $30 after delivery fee and tip but I just couldn’t. You’ve broken me.

Sadly, there was a black store manager named Hannah met at the Pizza Hut near Huntsville Hospital in 2018 and 2019 and was at one on University Dr. She is highly unprofessional, indecent and worst unacceptable professional ever by trash talking about people behind their backs and acting sweet to their face as very two-faced and indecent. These people shall never be accepted in the workplace and reflects poorly on upper management as commonsense. People like Hannah erode trust and clearly make many hardworking people not want to work at such places.

If I could give it less than one star. I would. Placed a order at 7:10 pm, delivery said 30-45 minutes. After an hour of the tracker saying it was still being prepared, I called. I spoke to a woman who had told me that my order was canceled because THEY have no delivery drivers and have 2 people in store working. Yet it still said “we are preparing your order” on the tracker. Now, I’m an understanding person. I would have just replaced the order on the phone right then and there and came to get it myself but naturally I asked for some type of compensation, due to the inconvenience of waiting an hour on top of having to come get it myself. She refused to give me any compensation and told me that because it was a computer error on pizza huts end that it was out of her hands. Then she tried to offer me one of the pizza hut deals as her way of compensation. To get a deal I could get any time. Not ok. She was rude. I tried asking her name and she refused to give it to me “so she wouldnt get in trouble” (that basically tells me she knew she was in the wrong.) After arguing with her about it she hung up on me. Mind you I wasn’t rude, respectfully frustrated. As I should be. She then called me back and told me she had spoke with her supervisor and said she could offer me a discount or store credit. I opted for the store credit because she wouldn’t tell me what the discount would be. After she applied the store credit I told her I’d be speaking to her supervisor the next day when he was in store and she told me that I could talk to him about my store credit. Needless to say she was rude, unprofessional. And this was a huge waste of time. I order domino’s and they delivered within 20 minutes no problem. This pizza hut is absolutely terrible. Do. Not. Order from here.

I would rate zero stars if possible. We placed an order half an hour before closing, and we were waiting hungrily for an hour before calling the store, where their automated system told us that they canceled our order. No phone call or anything! So rude. Never ordering from this location again!

Due to the playoffs, all the pizza hut stores in my area were experiencing shortages on size of pizzas and my online order didn’t notify me they were out of the size I wanted. When I got there they quickly made up for it as well as the others that were experiencing the same situation. Well handled and graciously done. Spot On to the store on University Dr in Huntsville AL!
