I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and I am always disappointed. I can count on one hand the number of times that my order has been correct, and I still have fingers left over. I’ve spoken with management face to face about it twice now but each time I go there it’s a 75% chance that it’s wrong. Double check what they put in your bag before you leave and allow extra time for them to redo your order. I’m sad because I’ve always been a fan Jack’s.

Sunday, 8/5/2018 I went through the drive-thru with only one car in front of me. Took so long I had to turn off the vehicle. Waited, waited, waited…finally large order was given the the truck in front of me. Maybe you should ask large orderers in the drive thru to park and bring their order out when ready, rather than make the poor guy who ordered a shake to wait 10 minutes and his milk shake to get all runny. Big line of cars waiting behind. No manager on Sundays. Get with it Jack!

Went and ordered poppers in he drive thru. Very very rude. Would not give me ranch for them without charging me .25 a piece. Paid for 1.25 worth and was shorted by at least one ranch. Usually the staff is friendly but not tonight; wantedcurly fries and received regular fries with like 4 curly fries thrown in. Mediocre service at best .

If you’re looking for a place to get food, this would be the last place on my list. After being a regular for quit sometime, I have been involved in drama by a manager named Gina, geena or however she spells her name. She always throws away our receipts so of course that’s why I don’t have her formal name. But this adult woman in her 40-50 age has involved herself in my relationship that she knows nothing about. I have never been treated with such poor management treatment like this before and I hope you teach her how to be a proper manager. The fact that she may have felt right or wrong to get involved without actual facts is highly unprofessional. She told my boyfriend of three years that she “thinks” she saw me come with some white boy, not my boyfriend in a black car. This statement is now putting an emotional toll on my bf and I that I can’t take back from him. I have only gone to this place to eat with my bf or my gay friend that has a black car. So the fact that she knows nothing about me, my life and my friends is unacceptable behavior. But I guess this manager would rather put her personal drama before her job and start problems with customers that she knows nothing about. Shop is a lot cleaner than it had been previously. Drinks area is well-maintained and well-stocked. Restrooms are clean. Handicapped stalls are large and well-kept. Parking is free and plentiful. reasonable prices for what you get. Free drink refills.
