There are hundreds of roast beef places in the North Shore and Rizzo’s is certainly one of them. Perfectly decent place to get a roast beef if your in the area. Prices stack up decently compared to other beeferys in the area. Nothing reinventing the wheel, just your friendly neighborhood roast beef joint.

I called in for two pizzas and a large mozzarella stick. When we got there to pick it up I was given my pizzas and a breadstick. I corrected the issue and was charged an extra two dollars for the employees mistake. I then brought it home to discover I was given a small mozzarella stick instead of a large. So what did I pay for? And since when am I expected to pay for someone else’s mistake? I sincerely hope the owner sees this review because whoever was on tonight needs to at least be spoken to about his customer service skills.

Ordered from door dash. On their page it says the chicken fingers comes with fries and onion rings, didn’t get those. Same deal with the steak tip salad, didn’t receive the fries or onion rings. I ordered cheesey fries as well, got those but there’s no cheese on them

Ordered for delivery, they sent the wrong soda and forgot the pizza. Only thing they got right was the chicken finger plate with all fries no rings. And the pizza when the delivery guy came back was not hot and tasted like cardboard

Son just uber eat. Ordered small pizza pepperoni and sausage. Steak and cheese and fries. Steak and cheese was un edible. It was like chewing on a mouth full of rubber bands. Pizza wasn’t no better. Bread full of salt pretty much.

Picked up a large calzone to take to nh. Arrived to enjoy with my wife and friends. only for three of the pieces served had black hairs sticking out of them. I called to let the store know and was told it wasn’t theirs. I sent videos witch clearly showed the hairs cooked into the food. I stopped into the store on Monday afternoon to show him in person and he chose to try and attack me saying settle this like a man and chest bumped me. I told him do it again and ill wipe the floor with you. He baxked off and went behind counter and said…what do you want a FREE calzone now? I said no way.. Clearly I just wanted my 35.00 dollars back and never got it. STAY AWAY!!

I do not like the Greek style pizza meaning the type cooked in a metal pan but their pizza is really good. They certainly use a nice mozzarella with it and give you plenty of toppings. Seems family owned and the people who work there are very nice. Buffalo fingers are pretty hot so I usually ask them to go half on the sauce.

Never fun to be yelled at for no reason..I have never returned a sub. But today, I had to. 13.88 is a high price for a steak bomb around here. Let’s just say 7 dollars of the sub wasnt there and I felt actually swindled. I live next to this place and am certain someone new has taken over(a son trying to jack up profit and cut meats). Never have I felt taken advantage of by a sub shop until now. Please respond and tell me how your mediocre sub in that much more than a steak bomb at any other shop RIGHT BY YOU. they are cheaper by 4 dollars and better. I can bring you one if you need to see how it’s done right.

We discovered this place recently and have ordered three times. Their food, especially the steak tips, is fantastic and their customer service is spot on. I placed an online order and got a phone call less than a minute later letting me know something I ordered was out of stock. I ordered a similar item and it was just as delicious! A++++
