Waited 30 minutes in line, got drinks and was told to wait behind the store for nuggets and the rest of our order. Another 50 minutes passed and it appeared that they forgot about us so we went back through the line (another 15 minutes) to finally get our order only for the only spicy order to be regular and absolutely no sauces to be in the boxes. Do not come here if you want food, actually faster to cook it yourself.

Placed an online order. It wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be + 15 minutes. Got a shrimp combo, they were tiny, few and not warm when I got home. The chicken was ok. The service was pretty bad. The kept calling for some guy from the back that didn’t show up for 10 to help out. The back up of orders both inside and the drive thru clearly showed lack of leadership. It was total chaos. There were mounds of chicken already cooked. Some folks probably got some old chicken, unfit to be called fresh. I think I will wait a year to see if things get turned around.

Food was okay, but cold. Sat for nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me. My order was 2 pieces of chicken and some shrimp. They were out of mild chicken. Didn’t get a straw for my drink. Didn’t get a receipt. Not a great experience. Came back six months later hoping things had changed. Things got worse. Employees were loudly insulting customers and the food took even longer than the last time.

Not enough staff. We went inside due to drive thru had 12 cars waiting. One customer walked out after waiting 15 min. to be acknowledged. Tables were dirty, floors hadn’t been swept in quite a while. Our sides were alot warmer than our chicken. Kitchen floor was greasy & slick. There were boxes & tissue wrappers laying on the floor.

Stopped in on my way to the hotel after a 14 hour shift today at approximately 5:20. Was the ONLY customer inside with 1 car at the window waiting and 1 pulled up to order as I walked up to the counter. Stood for several minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me. The little dark haired manager looked my way only once just to roll his eyes and say nothing. I now know why this one has low reviews! I turned around and walked out and will never return.

My favorite chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy are a must. Also, the cole slaw is usually delicious – however this visit it was a little sour so neither my husband nor I ate it. I love the sweet tea.

Ordered some takeout tonight here. Was the third person in line inside. Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge the first person in line, and then another 10 before they took anyone else’s orders. Then another 20 just to get the food. In our orders they gave us 5 small chicken wings, and the two thighs we ordered ended up spicy instead of mild (ordered a 3-piece and 4-piece meals). The manager and one of the workers had a fight middle of my time there and the worker ended up walking out. This Popeyes is notorious in the area for bad service inside. It is definitely worse because they only care about their drive thru orders. This is the first time they’ve done this to our orders though. Will not be going back.

I love Popeye’s, but this is the second time in a row that my drive-through order was messed up. The first time the biscuit was not included. This time I ordered white meat and I got dark meat. Perhaps this is a first world problem, but it’s still aggravating.

The place was filthy. Used disposable gloves on the floor and a huge pool of water where the booths were. They offered to clean a booth for us. Uh, no thanks. Then we find out they shorted us on food. Popeyes corporate responded to our complaint but offered NO resolution.
