I was going to give a 2 star review based on the fact they got my order slightly wrong (I asked for all toppings but I only got lettuce tomato, onion and pickles) and the price which I felt was not a great value. BUT. When I surfaced the fact my order was missing mushrooms and jalapeños they took it back and fixed it immediately… the cook even went so far as to bring my order to the table… The staff were super friendly and even asked how my food was half way through the meal which I thought was a very nice touch. After eating it I reevaluated and have to say the burger was pretty tasty .. and nice and spicy too with the jalapeños! While I still feel the price was a bit high I guess I’d still recommend it just make sure to list out the toppings you want so there’s no question as to what is expected…..

The food is good, about on par with most other burger chains and not extremely expensive but also not cheap. But to me a place that handles problems well when they arise is worth a lot, as customer service seems to be virtually nonexistent these days. I placed a mobile order and showed up a little after my scheduled time, was told they had an issue with the system and got my order late but we’re working on it and it would be five minutes. The store employee offered me a free coke while I waited, was very apologetic, and my food was ready in under five minutes. Perfect way to handle a situation like that and despite the hiccup I had a good experience here. Would definitely come back again. Keep up the good customer service!

Ordered a single with mushrooms and Swiss. They forgot the mushrooms! Got tater tot’s and I believe the oil needed to be changed. Terrible taste. Asked for a small drink and an order of tater tots and told her not to do the combo because it was over $1 more than getting them separate. Their menu board was not updated with the prices that were rung up. Brought that to the attention of the cashier and she said “I will call the manager and let them know”. Didn’t offer to refund the difference. Have had Wayback Burger in Florida and was always pleased. Definitely would not recommend this location.

We ordered chicken tenders and the crumbs are falling off. They were very small too. The cheese curds is no good too. Aside from small pieces the cheese inside is not soft at all. The single patty is really thin. And the price is not worth it. We spend $60. for small foods. Better eat somewhere else.

The customer service was good. Was not impressed by the burgers. I opted for a single cheeseburger with lettuce instead of a bun as I have a gluten allergy. Meat wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped, I got fries that were good. My kids got tater tots and could only eat 1 or 2 because they were soaked in grease. Just wanted more from the food is all.
