We ordered a 12 PC dinner. The food was good, but the chicken was a bit soggy, which was underwhelming when you were expecting crispy fried chicken. The mashed potatoes, fries, and coleslaw were great like always. The biscuits required half a glass of tea to swallow like they always do and they were great. It was quick service and we had no issues with our order. The service staff were polite and easy to talk to.

This is the cleanest and nicest KFC in the area. Service was great Michelle the General Manager was a breath of fresh air. My family and I came in about a month ago for the first time and our app wasn’t working but Michelle was patient and made ordering easy and fast. Cami was also wonderful she welcomed us and even as she was completing another task she took time to look up and greet us! If I’m having KFC, it will only be Here PERIOD! Is me remembering and WANTING to do a survey a month later doesn’t speak volumes on the service we received hear nothing will.

I ordered a 2-piece dark meat and a liver dinner and when I got home, I had chicken nuggets and wings. Not very happy with the service and had to far to drive back to get it corrected. Very disappointed in my dinner.

I use to come here all the time then everytime I came in my orders got messed up and I’d be so mad about it.now working in a restaurant myself I can see why but still no reason for it. So I quit going Marion store was worse. But today it was great everything was done and the order was the way it was ordered, employee’s where quick curtious and polite. Great job guys.

My aunt and I stopped in for dinner, there wasn’t a line so we was first at cash register. Only took about 5 minutes for our food to be brought to the table. It was hot and tasted very good. Only the original chicken was just as hard and crunchy as the crispy. It don’t matter if you order crispy or original it’s still all crunchy. I did not like this about my original chicken.
