This is the 3rd attempt to visit this location. We normally go 10 miles out of the way to get “normal” service. I know this will go on deaf ears. But I think it’s worth the time to mention. At 10:55 they explain to 2 vehicles in front of me that lunch is on not breakfast after waiting in line for over 20 mins. Then I couldn’t even order chicken biscuits??? That is clearly advertised and displayed on all lunch menu boards. I don’t understand I could have bought 2 chicken breast filets and 2 biscuits and done it myself. This is a vagrant display of laziness, zero customer service and the drive thru was just rude to 3 drive thru customers in a row that I overheard waiting in line for 20-30 mins. On 8-20-23 at 10:47 they 11:09 am. Thanks jacks. But this Deerfoot restaurant recently built is a complete disaster and disappointment. I’ll go out of my way again to avoid this joke of an establishment.

Food was great. Food delivery was very slow. I saw my chicken fingers taken and sent to the drive through many times before my order was filled. My order and another indoor guest were made to wait while drive through customer orders were filled before ours. My order took 18 minutes to be filled.

I should have made pb&j! Very very sad on 7/22/23 at 3 pm. Lots of cross contamination. They truly don’t care. The burnt burger prepared by the same hands that was trying to dump the trash as he scratched his bleeding bumps on his face. Cashier handling food as she chats with her son on her germ infested cell phone. No healthscore posted. They might as well have scratched their butts and handed me 2 burgers without any toppings…just ick! Drive thru never moved the entire time.

This is really a review so that the owners can improve. Here’s how it went. I ordered two cheeseburger kids meals both ketchup only, and a chicken finger snack with ranch. The Lady on the speaker was courteous. I pulled around. When I got to the window, the young lady took my card, as she was discussing an order with someone in the back…I can’t remember if she acknowledged me, because of the cute orange underwear that distracted me from the young man walking by. I mean…not just saggy pants…but his whole gluteal area of underwear was right there…I think I saw his thigh gap from the back.,. Anyhoo…the young lady did ask if I wanted a drink carrier, and I got one. A different guy brought my food as the manager scolded him about something. He Literally handed me the bag and continued discussion with the manager. So…as this was none of my business, I just got the order and drove home.

I’m not one to typically complain about food service. I’ve worked in the industry myself and know how it is. This jacks has HANDS DOWN some of the RUDEST workers I’ve ever encountered. For one example I ordered a sprite and it was only co2 so I asked if it they had any more and got cut off saying “we out” and when I said okay I can get something different got cut off saying “we out” again with an eye roll.

Went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal and biscuit and gravy. The gave me a biscuit and a side of gravy which was fine but when I got home and opened it up for my child it was a biscuit and a side of brown gravy. The people working at the window do pay attention and the service is poor.
