My wife and I were trying to catch a movie and wanted to grab some sushi first. We actually went to Trappers but they went out of business and closed. So, we looked around and found this place offers sushi and ramen. So, we gave it a try. The food is not too bad. The sushi was really good. The fish was fresh. I would have wanted the rice to be softer and the wasabi to be more spicy. The noodle was a little too salty. Otherwise, they were good enough for it to be in the list for a revisit.

Shibu Ramen Kent is a ramen paradise! The garlic tonkatsu ramen was pure bliss—rich broth, perfect noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth pork. A must-try for ramen lovers!

It does the job cause this is Kent. The broth was lacking of flavor. The place is clean with lots of seating. Not my first choice but open to tryin other items on the menu.

I wanted to really like this place. Service was awesome. The food was just ok. I ordered three different Ramen and the only one that didn’t disappoint was the chicken one. The pork here had so much fat. Like mostly fat and very little pork part. I don’t know if that’s how it supposed to be but I don’t like to eat pure fat in my Ramen. It had a good spice but I just couldn’t get over that both plates had about three pieces of pork and those pieces had so much fat. I ordered a Thai tea and that was perfect. Th egg rolls were good. I just felt like it’s too over price for fatty Ramen. Sadly I won’t be coming back.

On a Saturday night this place was hopping! When we got seated we experienced a nice classic restaurant. Fun atmosphere relaxing with quick and efficient service. The staff was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing. The garlic Tonkatsu is out of this world! We also enjoyed the Chicken Karrage and Gyoza. The quality of pork and egg in the ramen really set this place apart. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an amazing Ramen experience!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a few months. The service was great, and fast, but the ramen was just average. I ordered the spicy chicken shoyu and the broth was ok, but the chicken was dry and the noodles were a bit sticky. I don’t think the noodles are made fresh in house. I’m going to go back though and try the tonkatsu.
